Designing DIY Led's and Its Heatsinks

Hello guys,

I'm designing the heatsinks for my 6 veros 29 3500K B (7gen) which I intend to run on approximately 80w each (hlg 480H - 54V). I've learned some stuff here about the relation of surface area per heat watts and these stuff and concluded that the active heatsinks would be better for me, considering that I live in Brazil and the international mail for big passive heatsinks (rare to find here) is really expensive.
In this case, I have some questions and would appreciate a lot if somebody help me.

1) I've been advised that it's essential to find the same heatsink solution for every cob to minimize the thermal runaway problem. How serious is that? I mean, 6 identical coolers would be ok or besides that should I worry if they are working exactly the same way?

2) I am planning to place fuses in series with every cob for protection in case of one of them stops or gets really hot (supposing any flaw on active coolers); considering that in those cases the current would increase considerably and posibly burn the others. Does it make sense?

3) I am planning to buy six Blizzard T2 coolers but couldn't find its surface area. Besides that, I've found it has 95W of TDP. My cobs will generate aprox 40W of heat ea. Is it simply compare my heat watts with the cooler's TDP? Therefor, is It a nice choose?

Thanks!
