DGD- Coco & Hydro-Mutli strain grow 2013--SSH/CHEESE/GSOGxKD/SAGExLMX and more

Went with three tubs and im going to add maybe 1 more coco pot. I never made them rdwc as i just aint got the time and all the parts i thought i had plus working i around things already setup just takes even longer. I've still got another dripper system to build which i haven't got around to yet. The cuts in the pic will be going into the small room.

Im not happy with the way the plants are looking in the main room ,looks like some are so signs of over watering , changing the timer to a digital so i can space out/shorten the times better.
Took a few pics of #6 #9 gsog starting to bud ..


Also most seeds have been potted up now and i culled 2 of the males i had so i know have 1 ssh and 1 sg x lmc f1 male.. the ssh male looks ready to blow again but the sg male looks like it will be another 2/3 weeks . The ssh male does does'nt have a haze appearance or smell it smells like skunk& looks identical to the fem i've got growing . The sg male has a stronger odour more sagey .these are under the 600hps ,on 18hrs and on a light feed mainly rooting/superthrive as im not ready for these to get any bigger yet.

Yeah its got a nice potent skunky aroma to it too ,structure and early flower time too.. homebrewer ..
Its going to be used to make some f2s with both the ssh females .. im going to save some for some for some of the"haze leaning" sage x lemon cheeses #11#10#4.0 or #3 .. mr west... any suggestions ?

I'll keep half(2 packs atleast) and give away the rest of the f2 ssh.

Thanks bro.. yeah even though i was expecting more of the haze leaning pheno's i seem to have landed the skunk / northern lights pheno's in both the male and females by the looks and smells so far. Looks like they will yield well too but the proof will be in the smoking.

Potted up the seeds ,used some recycled coco for some will be giving them a some multi total from dutch pro.. it breaks down old roots with there first feed.


Will do an update of the room later on tonight.

yeah heres plant #4.1 this is the one i thought was being over watered but i took a better look and the pots light and spongy , think it could just be the way this one grows as i 've checked all pots and none that felt the the same as this one has this claw look.

Anybody thoughts on this?

Update wk 3 flower


Plants are doing o.k there starting to show there potential now i can smell sweet scents every time i brush past them.
I can see a lot of differences in the pistils on these sage x lemon cheeses .

#3 looks a little viney to me -floral scents-topped
#4.0 seems like this one wants more feed-has a nice floral scent,topped
#4.1 this is the ugly duckling out the group but looks like it'll yield well - not topped
#6 looks like a shorter sage leaning hybrid
#8 looks the most compact - not topped
#9 has the cheese all over it,darkest one -smaller buds - not topped
#10 has a mixed smell ,sage like but shorter arms and node spacing
#11 has the sage stamp ,tallest of the bunch - not topped

Lemon haze




The tents coming on o.k too , i've scrogged some of the tubs to help spread them out , i switched around one of the vert side tubs as it was lagging behind but i think i put the wrong one in its place as #8 seems to be the most compact which will take longer to fill this screen.. I also snapped a plant as i was moving it between the nets ..
Took pics but it wont let upload anymore for some reason..

I've had that clawing before and don't know what caused it. Seemed to go away after a bit, but again, I don't know why. How's that for a helpful post.

some say clawing is due to heat stress. Regarding where to spluff, I'd make everyones face like a painters radio lol

Thats very helpful jig ..smh This doesn't seem to going away though ..it does seem to be budding ok .

could it be a hotspot ? The room temps are steady from what i can see on thermos.. i'll move the hanging thermo by that plant and see what it reads . Thanks.. Its very tempting but it'll be to much seeds to go through by myself at one time ..i'll save a bit of pollen so who knows i might come up if this males any good and i think it will be..

I had a big tall clawing plant before, and every other plant looked fine. In the end it actually did really well but always had that claw. Iv heard all kinds of things, too much N in my case maybe IDK.
Those nugs came out foxtailing as well but in an awesome way IMO those nugs got heavy.

Here she is. Oh now I thin I remember that plant was actually in a 3 gallon container, big ass plant though gave me 8oz.

yeah i read something about Nitrogen being a factor that and high temps are the only things i've heard so far .. Was your plant that clawed the same strain as the others that were normal? Were they from seed or clones? Just wondering as these -8 -plants are all from the same stock and been fed the same food and apart an hotspot they should be at the same temps.. Could be the this pheno only .. i've got cuts that are growing right now so well see if the claw comes back when they get to flower

It was from seed and the room was full of different genetics. Im guessing you may be on track with the hot spot maybe?

Anyway whodat.. basically the sage is fire bro.. under rated ,don't see many growers doing her on here ..spicy sandalwood aromas and highs that make you smile-feel good and thought provoking .. no slouching couch behavior when smoking this one here.

I've read its the big sur holy that was used in the cross but th seeds doesn't list what haze it used , i would recommend them to anybody but watch out the other phenos the afghani ones are not the best to smoke maybe hash or something. I've got some tcvg zit s.a.g.e x gorilla grape but read up the breeder says he had a fat s.a.g.e plant that wasn't nothing special so the hit it with his stud.. that leads me to believe its the afghani type pheno he used and not the haze one .. if i knew what i know now i wouldn't of bought them..

Males ssh has bust a nut ..the sg xlmc however has not shown one ball after being nuted .. could this be a hermi ? One more week in the 12/12 chamber and then its getting binned im going to search for another male for the f2's anyway,i have a bit of pollen/sacs from the first load in the freezer not much though.

Awesome bro! I miss collecting pollen and such So many things Id like to work on but I think hundreds of canna plants are frowned upon around here lol. I wish I could pursue my passion without the threat of life time incarceration... Man things would be different thats for sure.

I hear you man ..i must say you guys over there got it worse over there .. Don't get me wrong you'll get bird for the shit i do nothing like in the states to be fair.. just watched snitch an f##k me its crazy for snitches out there .. Got to be on your P's & Q's .. Main worry over here is robbers ,you'll be surprised how many crops get grabbed off and police only come as a result of the noise/burglary .. At least i know this one can only be got by po ..got it gated and alarmed just incase ..
