Did I F*** up my plant?

So I’m a first time grower and I’ve had a plant going for about a month and a half now and I’ve started noticing so weird things like some discoloration on the edges of the leafs and a pin hole in one of the leafs but nothing too extreme. The other day I noticed that the leafs started to claw which I’ve read is a sign of nitrogen toxicity so I decided to do an emergency transplant (I should mention my plant was in miracle grow soil I know it’s bad but it’s all I had) I shook off some of the old soil but I lost some roots along the way. But she’s in the new pot with different soil and watered. Is there anything I can do now to give her the best possible chance to make it through?

You moved just early enough but will take a few days to recover if shocking from transplant. Good general fertilizer use is liquid seaweed soak leaves right down and give a good drink every couple weeks. Next watering I'd hit em to start with. Then jacks is good to use for all stages. Promix or half peat half vermiculite is good soil to use. If you do need further help people will always need to know what light l,heat, humidity and pictures to diagnose best. She's looking dood though. Learn about LST to get light to all future bud sites and topping if Didn't already do. GL

Next time, transplant the whole root ball. Dirt included. If you need to get the media off of the roots, use water. Don't knock the dirt off. Sounds like you broke a few roots, and she's a bit too nitrogen heavy. Be gentle next time

Yeah I should have used water the rootball was a little dryer so I thought I could shake it off pretty easily but turned out I was wrong. Thank you for the advice. Will do next time if I need the media off. I appreciate your help!!
