Did this plant end up getting what it needs?

There was a period of deficiency deep purple on stem them was very green next few branches until this one then it corrects. Was this a deficiency that corrected or something i need to watch. Doesnt seem like much progression since. Can see purpling forming near base of stem.

I have read online that it can be a deficiency of many different things. However a member on this board has helped me through a couple issues and he has been spot on so far. He advised me to not worry about purple stem if all else seems well. My plants are big and bushy and still exhibit purple stem. I'd also like to mention I have a buddy growing off same clones with no purple stem so it's not genetics. I think there is many things that can cause it, and as long as it isn't matched up with any other symptoms it may not be anything worth chasing.

And dosnt seem like much progression since when? I'm on my first grow, have ran into issues that have caused hold ups. But it does seem like they have ups and downs as far as visible progress to us. Looks like your in dirt so you don't get to really see the root growth, but ALOT of growing can go on under there as well.

I'm sure they are much larger now as this was a couple weeks ago, but they will put a lot of energy into growing a nice root system as well as above round growth.

oh wow nice youre doing dwc? Yea the growth after stems seem green and fine. I just like to know the physiological things going on so I can be more educated but like you said there are some things that have too many answers for. Just pure roots that is awesome its like a dixie cup of roots lol

Yea maybe a bit brave for the first time, but this is the method I had observed first hand and felt most comfortable with. Soil seems to be a bit safer! What kind of soil did you use? If you purchased a quality soil I hear they are packed with nutrient and you should be good for a while!

P.s. Even in that picture the roots were over a foot long!

Nice first grow dwc? Once you got that locked in youre set for indoor, im trying to get more involved with organics got some fish fertilizer fermenting as we speak inside the grow room for little c02 boost. We havent fed once yet just been transplanting to stronger mixes as they get bigger until we reach the monster holes haha

Lol yes first grow.... I'm paying for it in stress....Ran into a couple nutrient issues. Cool idea on the CO2! So are you using a purchased soil I'm assuming? Is this a new strain for you? Purple is definetly also known to be a genetic thing. I tried chasing my purple stems across multiple things and thought I had success in multiple instances but it would end up coming through. A member actually got my exact ingredients in my nutrients and gave me the perfect mixture to make them thrive and it's been pretty smooth sailing from there. With the purple stem keeping up, and I have a lot of it, even up the main stalk. And like I said in my case it's not genetics as it's brothers and mother don't appear to have this but through a different grower. So I guess if it is some kind of deficiency it has to be somewhat minimal and not have too much effect. Only 3 days into 12/12 so I guess we will have a true verdict in about 10-11weeks lol.

P.S. attached most recent pic of my girls yesterday

nice little shrubs haha, yea purchased soil. All new to me only strains ive ran in the past were cotton candy, private reserve, gods gift, cherry og. All indoors cotton candy is definitely a flower to see if you ever want to try something new

First purchased strain is green poison. Mother is actually ready to donate, but I only have one room. So next round I will try that. This is supposedly the original "cheese"

I don't have any mothers, my buddy does that's where I get my clones. I didn't know selling mothers was a thing!? Probably be easier if I just give you the place I ordered my seeds no problem?

That sounds like the best method for indoors cheapest anyways clones get costly at 14-16 per. Did you make your own mister system or you do the traditional rooting method?

He has had a multiple mister setups and likes to use simple floating trays with the little plugs he puts the stem in. So they just sit in water.

Thats pretty cool idea gives them plenty of humidity and water when and if they need it kinda like a wicking system, I wonder how effective they actually are. Took me awhile to get clones to live can be a trick in itself haha.
