All, Newb here I didnt PH balance my rockwool prior to starting my grow... I instead fucking buffered them in HIGH 8.5 tap water. I know I know.. Anyways all my run off now of nutes PH 5.3 is about 6.4. Is there a way I can minimize this and post buffer them..

Thanks and I chalk this up to a learning experiance..

Hi, Nothing wrong with a pH of 6.4 in the run off, a lot of growers would kill for that. Is this a hydro question or soil question? If Hydro you're doing great pH wise. 5.8 to 6.8 is the range I use for hydro. Soils are a little different but near the same. Is this sort of answering your question? Happy Gardening! It's pretty hard to overwater in hydro, unless the res temp is too high, or lack of O2 in the res. I didn't mean do it now the next time you need to add water to the res, the rockwool should be dry by then. Good Luck
