Is there a difference in timing if you just keep everything on 12/12 from seed because you would prettymuch have autoflowers from what Ive been reading no? Plus, youd have a much much better selection to work with and you could breed them for more seeds or even hybrids.

Auto flowers, at least the ones I grow are on a 24/7 schedule . If you want photo period then use photo period seeds autoflowers same thing use autoflower seeds.

No i know that you can grow autos on any light pd and still have them flower and that photopd seeds need changing of the photo pd to flower, but if you want an auto crop couldnt you just do 12/12 from seed with normal seeds or would they still take longer than autos? Is there any differenebesides them being able to be grown normally AND 12/12 from seed? or are they the same as an auto under 12 12 light

I've seen some beasts on 12/12 FS, I think the branching depends on the strain. But yeah, it seems they usually grow mainly on the stem, with some side branching. But if you had just 1 or 2 plants in your 12/12 FS grow room to reach those side branches, they would grow bushy. Personally I found harvest weight can be about the same, I usually get just over an ounce 12/12 FS per plant in a crowded grow room.
