I saw an add for a dimmable electronic ballast. It has to be pretty new since I regularly keep up with internet buzz on digital ballasts.
It is made buy an American company called Quantum Horticulture, and I first saw it on greed-Bay today. Says you can go from using 50% to 75% to 100% electricity formt the turn of a knob. They currently only make a 1000 watt and 600 watt model (which theoretically would be all you would need to get by).
I figured this might interest alot of indoor growers. I am a digital man and I thought this was pretty cool. check it out here
