Dinafem bad experience

It would be a strange coincidence that only the ones in coco are the plants having problems...
Have you tested the runoff PH of the coco plants vs the promix plant?
Coco might also need to be fed more often than soil if it has no amendments.
They haven’t been big enough to water with any run off, it’d over saturate the coco and be way to much water for a seedling. As for feeding to my knowledge you shouldn’t feed seedlings right off the bat because they’ve got enough for the first week then they would need nutrients. They never got big enough to give any nutrients

Hey guys, I recently bought two 3 packs of xxl autos from Dinafem, I got Moby dick xxl and white widow xxl. So anyways, I get my seeds, germinate two of each, plant them, they sprout and all is good. Well after the first set of bladed leafs three of them stopped growing and have slowly been dying and having no growth at all. One of the white widows is kind of growing but very very slowly. I also planted two Grapefruit, a durban poison, and a GG#4 the same day and every one of those are growing at typical rate. I’ve got a tent, good lights, proper ventilation, they have been in an ideal environment, ph has been on point, and this is not my first grow. So given this information what do you guys think my chances are of getting replacements from Dinafem? I’ve been trying to get in touch with there customer service but haven’t had much success as they only replied to my emails for the first two days, got details on temp, RH and what not and then went ghost on me. If one of the seeds was bad and the rest were doing good then I wouldn’t be so skeptical, but when 3 out of 4 seeds I plant have issues i have issues, each pack of seeds was $51 so I expect better rates then 1 out of 4. I’ve also talked to a couple people who have experienced this exact same problem with there seeds. They’ve got a number of strains that I would love to grow but i don’t think I would ever purchase from them again unless they can rectify this for me.
Thank you in advance! I’m also new here so hello!
One-two year ago I was blown away with their auto blue chesee, order it again and been extra disappointed.. nothing similar like first time..

I’ve seen a couple harvests of both the Moby dick and white widow and was really excited to try them out so I spent $100 on 6 seeds which seem to be bunk. I’m very disappointed to say the least

I wish you had one of the dinafem seeds in promix, would eliminate my suspicion...
Canna coco doesn't have amendments/nutrients, you would have to give it a different feed than promix.
Coco is a soil-less medium. It needs to have a different water/feed regiment than promix.

I'm assuming all those plants have the same watering schedule? Plants in coco usually need to be watered more often + fed earlier than soil.

I’ve taken into account for both of those things. I’ve even tried giving them half strength nutes with no improvement. I’ve looked into all the variables and on my part I haven’t found anything wrong

Wish you luck getting replacements, I wouldn't recommend showing them those pictures considering the unhealthy plants are next to healthy plants in a different medium.

What breeder did you get the Grapefruit from? Is it in promix or the coco?
Promix. And the three in solo cups are bag seeds. Since one of the moby dick in coco is pretty much dead tomorrow I’m going to plant the last moby dick seed I have in promix and see what happens

I have more seeds coming in the mail, luckily I’m not broke and spent my last couple bucks on those seeds, that’d make it a whole lot more bitter. I guess wait till my new seeds arrive (from a different breeder) and restart
