Ding-A-Ling Mans Guerrilla Grow-60 Gallon Smart Pots

This is by far one of the best outdoor grows I've seen. That is a lot of work, good job man. Those pots will give you monster plants, if you can keep them watered. I have a feeling that will be a major problem. Pots dry up something fierce when plants get big and unless we get a shitload of rain you are gonna have to lug some serious jugs my friend. Best of luck to you!

Thanks man..I'm a little worried about them drying out. Especially in late July and august when its scorching hot. I have 4 of those 6 gallon water jugs to help out......hauling the soil was a major workout..... Wow lol

I place this baby in the ground. Should be interesting how it makes out vs the smart pots. It was pretty much dead 2 weeks ago. It still looks ruff but should grow nicely

Here are my frost bitten ladies that didn't recover...so sad to see 2.5 months veg go to waste and have to start all over with unfeminized seeds, thankfully I still have two large ones left...
That sucks brah...I feel your pain. I thought mine were gonna die too. I started a couple seeds but now I have extra. The frost looks like it hit yours hard.dam...

Yah it wasn't that bad of a frost, maybe stuck arond for 2-3 hours, temps down to -2 celcius, I think the strain just sucks becauseI had seedling survive of a different strain.

That blows man, you had a sweet head start when mother nature fucked us with that blast of cold. I was lucky enough that mine snapped out of it too. Musta been a weak strain like you said. Though I didn't quite have minus 2.......

What are you expecting to yield from that plant, my two bigger ones are probably 1.5 times as big as that one and still have another two months of veg, just wondering how much I should expect should they both survive. I have little hope for my seedlings, maybe only 12 of 40 are alive sinceI put them out at a few days old.

We had a late frost here just before I moved them into the ground and so I put all the pots together in this large cage I built for protecting the plants from animals, and I covered the cage with plastic and then put a candle in the with them...they stayed toasty warm all night.

I actually did use cages and thick plastic but not a candle...after I seen this I was wondering how it turned out...wish I had done that. Live and learn I guess. I really didnt expect them to die with the diy greenhouse. They were 2.5 months old and outside for over 2 weeks and it only got down to like -2 celcius but it was like that for two days and like 5 days of overcast rainy weather.

Hard to say on yield. I've never used smart pots before. In the past I've had close to 1 pounds plants. There is so many factors to consider when it comes to yield. Most of the time of course..... bigger the plant, bigger the buds

I've always put my plants out in around may 15ish and never had a problem before. Guy at my work said its been 20 years since he's seen that kind of weather in may...I imagine a lot of people lost some nice plants. It sucks when you think you getting a head start and then bam..mother nature bites yah
