I sort of modified the original PVC cloner setup to fit specifications for an actual flowering chamber and what not.
Without going into much detail, I have one major issue. My setup isn't perfect, so for me to change the reservoir (I have a 5 gallon bucket underneathe a Rubbermaid Roughneck with a hole in the bottom to let water drain back out) I need to disassemble a piece of PVC from a fitting that then connects to the 396 GPH pump.
My main issue is that after so long, the PVC seems to REALLY want to stick together and I almost have to fight to get the 2 piece apart which ends with the PVC releasing and my arm slamming into something that's usually valuable or vital in the operation.
What I'd like to know, is there a miracle cure all for PVC that's been stuck together from being in the reservoir for so long? I just wish I could pull the 1/2" pipe from the fitting easy without having to struggle.
Let me know if I'm not being clear enough on this subject.
Thanks in advance for any responses I may get.
