Discoloration on Foliage

Hey...
Growing on soil outdoors, watering every other day (when top of soil dries out). The new foliage look healthy...

Spider mites. Use a mix of aloe and ahimsa neem oil. After about 3 applications ( 1 every other day) they should be gone. Also up the humidity and drop the temps. Mites prefer a dry and hot climates. They don't like humidity

Fan and foliar sprays will do that. You can also try adding companion plants that deter mites and other pests like rosemary, lavender, peppermint, horsetail, stinging nettles, marigolds.
