diy project with a blackstar 500w veg board and aluminum sheet

Here is the setup:
Original aluminum sheet
Blackstar 500w board
200mm fan in the center
4pc heatsinks (1 in each corner)

I want to run these softer bc of the heat produced by this sucker and lack of proper cooling is what damaged it in the first place.
That being said I have no clue how to match drivers.
There are four strings of 42 diodes I think.

I think this could come together nicely as long as I get everything figured out and drawn together

I have everything except drivers my friend. But that is a good question nonetheless. I wouldn't advise this build unless you've made the mistake of buying a shitty blackstar. I have it lying around and I'll be damned if it sits forever. (I can be quite patient at times.) I really am determined to make this work

I've already loosened plenty of screws and I'll tighten them just the same.
I'm ready to solder. (a second opinion is what I'm after atm)
I know basically how I will hang it
Just need to get the cooling right, bypass the dud leds, reattach the wires to the board and mount everything.
Aside from matching and purchasing drivers I've got a game plan!

Just chopped her tonight.
Vegged under cfls and flwrd under 405w blackstar chromes.
I experimented with just add water and needles to say I fell short. She gave it up anyway, nicely enough. She smells of vanilla and lemon starbursts.
Female Seeds, Lemon Kush.

- 168 3W LED's
- Strings of 42
- Red: 630, 660nm
- Infrared: 730nm
- Ultraviolet: 380nm
- White: 6000k, 12000k
- Worldwide Voltage: 90v-240v

Can anybody please shed some light as to how I can match drivers for these? Do I need to find out how many of each color are on each string? Any direction that could be provided would be soo rad! I am more than happy to do the work, I just don't know the equation to get me the info about matching drivers that I need to continue my build.

A good rule of thumb is the diodes need ~3v each. So, 42 diodes will need ~126v. Actually it's a bit less than 3v each. More like 2.8v. A 120v, 350ma driver like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/LED-Driver-Power-Supply-for-36pcs-1W-High-Power-LED-18w-36w-18-36-x1W-LED-/221255343940?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3383d89f44 will work just fine.
