Djflo's Medical Grow

This is my medical grow. So far, so good. Right now I have 2 600w lights, and one 400w light (temporary till i get my other 600w going) running on lumatek digital ballasts. in a 3'x8' home made tray. Each plants is in a 3 gallon maxipot, filled to the brim, kept light and fluffy. Insert clones, vegged for 24 days, and flowering for 56 days.

I will be adding a 3rd 600w system in about a month, right now it is not critical therefore there is no need. The 1600watts suits me well due to the fact that i am only growing a few plants right now.

The strains i am growing are:
- Dutch Passion -
Orange Bud
White Widow

- Nirvana Seeds -
AK-48
Afgan Kush

- From another person -
Orange Krush
I seen this setup on a marijuana grow video, that i coincidently stumbled upon. I will be adding another 3'x8' home made tray shortly that will hold 27 plants by itself, along with 3x600w lights above it as well.

My grow room stays at 78 degrees F during the day and drops down to 72 degrees F at night. Humidity is at 50% during flowering and 65% during vegetative growth.
All plants during vegetating growth receive 2.25 cups of water every 3 days, and 5.25 cups during peak flowering every 2 days.

Feeding schedule is maintained using the Humboldt 3 part conventional for soil.
I feed one day, rest the next, water the next, and rest, then feed, then rest, then water. Average weight per plant last crop was at .82 ounces after dry and cure. (I was using Fox farm nutes then, and only 4x400w lights) so the yield this time should be larger.

As it stand right now I will be adding the second "box in about a month and hope to have it totally light sealed along with the one you see in the pic. I will run each grow exactly 1.5 months apart from each other to make sure there is adequate time for harvest and cure between each (plus, less to harvest at once, and better management of the crops.

I use Sunshine promix #4 and I DO REUSE MY SOIL, only 4 times though. I have actually noticed an increase in bud density with this technique, only .25 grams per plant but that does add up. I am running this current grow with a brand new bag though as well as the next "grow box will start with a new bag.

I'm also looking into Flipbox to switch the lights over to the other grow instead of having separate ballasts. This would be a savings of $300 but would prevent me from later on maybe wanting to run one big grow.

Lights mover's are an option as well and seem to be the way to go though.
