Has anyone read the book DMT, The Spirit Molecule? It's really, really interesting and I'm quite jealous I didn't hear about the study when he needed volunteers hah. Anyways, it sounds really intense. I can't put it down!

yeah i've been getting really interested in DMT lately. After Joe Rogan did this online webcam thing where he had people in this chat room, and he read off their questions and would answer whatever was asked. Lots of people asked him about DMT, and apparently hes into it. Ever since listening to Joe i've been interested, and wanted to buy that book.

You might want to invest in this book then. It's a really good read. It's about Rick Strassman, a research psychiatrist, and the research studies he did on the effects of DMT in humans. The most curious part of it is that the chemical is naturally occuring in all living things, including humans, in the pineal gland, which is thought to be by many old civilizations where the spirit resides. It's really interesting because many of his volunteers had similar experiences of being in the presence of ..entities, guides, etc. whatever you want to call it, as well as possible parallel universes. Too much to explain on here, but definitely a great read for anyone who's interested in it!

If God created the earth, you, and everything in it than maybe God created DMT as a means to communicate with it directly.

i always thought rogans dmt-bacteria theory was a little farfetched. but i am open-minded enough to consider it plausible

What was Rogan's DMT theory? I'm not even sure of who that is! haha. The guy who wrote this book is a research psychiatrist and he had a lot of interesting theories. Kind of crazy how a lot of his subjects had similar experiences. Also, they were all experienced with psychedelics prior to the experiments and many agreed they had never experienced anything like that before on anything, including the people who had smoked dmt before.

All of his subjects were administered IV DMT. Meetings with entities, and parrallel universes are common responses....etc.

dmt is cough medicine? i thought that was dxm.

MAking magic DMT is not DXM, nothing even closely related, DXM is found in cough medicine, dextromethorphine HBR......DMT is dimethyltryptamine.......Not even related in the same family....look some shit up before you beleive it......

DMT comes from out body, and plants around us.....DXM is synthesized as a cough suppresent, And is a dissociative psychadellic, not an hallucinogin like DMT or Psilocybin.

Thats just ignorant to beleive, why speak mistruth like you know what your talking about.

DMT is awsome. the trip doesnt last long but it is the craziest, most visual and spiritual trip ive ever had. its easy to make also. mimosa hostiles root bark, some naptha, and hardware. Easy as pie and guaranteed to change your life

Google Noman's tech. it is a straight to base method that takes far less time then the QT tech. posted above.

Also, if you plan on slamming/IV you will have to convert the freebase DMT into a salt. Instead of putting the jar full of DMT saturated NP solvent into the freezor, titrate the solution with a 50/50 mix of HCL acid and distiled water. Then, keep the DMT saturated water and discard the NP solvent(since titrating the NP solvent with the acidic mix will make the DMT migrate to water, it is not solubel in NP solvent when it's in salt form).
