DNA Genetics does deal with Canop(Tweed)

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/tweed-dna-genetics-launch-exclusive-110000368.html

" and we only want to work with the best producer and that is Tweed," said Don of DNA Genetics"

Really Tweed is the best?

I have been supporting DNA for a decade now but I am rethinking my opinion of them. Irradiated bud with a

DNA stamp on it, just doesn't feel right.

Also I would like to add that nobody owns cannabis genetics. Nature owns cannabis genetics not you.

I don't care what crosses you made still not yours. You did not create the original genetics that you started

with so you don't own anything. Once I get your seeds they are mine. I am free to rename and cross all day

long. I have all DNA strains most multiple packs. I have more strains and seeds then every headshop in my

city put together. What is an exclusive deal with an LP and a Breeder that sells seeds all around the world.

Any LP or grower or grandma or dog or cat or lizard can order DNA seeds.

DNA are by far the best out there. But I have grocery bags of their herm seed. Fem seeds herm all the time

its not too bad but it happens to seedlings from DNA alot. The trick is to cut clones before you bud seedlings,

and keep the pheno's that are winners. Keep the selections for mothers and the clones from that will

produce no seed. Don't make the mistake of putting a feminized budding seedling in the room with

your budding clones. If that seedling herms you can get seed in clones. Also any herm seed you

get use outdoors, don't use that herm seed indoors.

Well you came out swinging against tweed...welcome!

Well to hedge my bet I bought some CGC stock. I did this right after I heard about this merger with DNA.

Sure I'm a hypocrite, it gets alot worse than that with me. I am boycotting the LP system for so many reasons.

I am for legalization but not monopolization.

I do not think TWEED or CANOPY is the best. I reject Aaron's assertion that they are.

The best has yet to be determined on an even playing field. I was in a car accident many years ago, and thanks

to my lawyers I am now ready to get serious about growing.

I already got the range rover and a house with 16 rooms and 4 bath.

Now I just need 100 lights a glowin and the best we will be knowin.

Also I crossed DNA's Tangilope with their Skywalker Kush. I did this as soon as the Tangliope came out. I ordered the first day it appeared

on the DNA website, I already had Skywalker running. One of my friend's from BC called me one day and I told him I would send him a

few beans from my new DNA experiment. He wanted no part of it. He had been in BC long enough now that he was a BC snob.

It only takes a few years apparently to set in once you move from Ontario. He droned on about not wanting any new genetics because he's

running 5 now and they are all the best. WHATEVER! So I sent him the beans anyway. Long story short he calls last week. Him and his

wife are freaking out about the massive pine tree with rock hard nugs and the most insane citris-kush smell they have ever encountered.

My unwanted beans are now the talk of the town, with cuttings being given away upon request.

My point is I made an awesome cross and shared it for free.

I reject the exclusivity of a strain while claiming you want to provide medication to help patients.

If that is true than provide a option to purchase a live clean cutting or least some beans.

But the live cutting will help me bypass selection and germination and get straight to medication.

If your desire for profit makes you break your own rules than what have you become.

That's sounds like a nice cross. A friend and I have crossed most of the new stuff. Lemon walker. Strawberry banana. Skywalker too to name a few. We made 15 altogether. And are currently growing them out.

That is awesome. Such a fun thing to do with your buddy, see who can one up each other with quality. I wish there were coffeeshops in Canada so I could run in to guys like you
and exchange genetics. I am building up a seed vault of cannabis seeds. I MUST HAVE ALL STRAINS.

It kind of bugs me that some guys will get in and some wont, meaning you have guys like DnA who clearly have broken the law for years and have shipped seeds much like marc emery, yet they are allowed into this new industry, but I know for a fact they (RCMP) has been denying other people with way less of a history wtf is up with that? I understand DnA need to eat but if I see them in the streets out here, I will be knocking them the fuck out. Send them packing. DnA = SELLOUT RIP off artist.

Talk about culture vultures.

This is also proof on how crap LPs really are, they are doing everything backwards, They grew a ton of garbage then they realize oh we need to grow something good, lets heir some outside help, problem is tweed has been open 2 years now and they only now hired people to help, To me if your a medical company making clams then you have to hire someone to back them up, you are losing in my opinion.

Funny thing is they can heir who ever they like, it will still not make them any better, Its like 3000 people trying to screw in 1 bulb.

That's not very capitalism of you

Isn't that the dream .... make money... then get used to that amount until you have a chance to make more... jump on that

Does it really matter who's pockets that money comes from?
Just remember the more money made has to come from somewhere and it normally doesn't come from the rich

I was just saying this to my ball and chain. Its all in how you play the game I guess. DNA went to Amsterdam to sell their beans, smart move. Marc was a victim of harper and the dea scumbags. The dea even admitted it was political which makes the extradition of Marc illegal. The prohibitionist have won their battles in the past, but we won the war. It's over. Now the scramble begins and here we have two of the best breeders selling out. They are stamping IRRADIATED bud with their name. That is very bad in my opinion and may have very negative karmatic consequences for Don and Aaron. DNA Genetics as a company has allowed me to shine while other growers floundered with lame strains. I have gotten laid off the aroma of their strains alone more times than I can count. They made Cali genetics available with out holding any punches and for that I thank them. They are allowed to make a mistake with me and this is it. I have contaced Aaron about this merger. The first time I was letting him know I bought some stock in CGC because of the merger. But over the weekend I thought more and more about the purchase and wondered if it conflicted with my personal values. Being there no studies that have been done on smoking irradiated bud and companies are not open about irradiation to my satisfaction I cannot purchase tweed/canopy meds. The first rule of owning stock is support the company and use the product if possible. Now sit in boycott of the harper LP system owning CGC watching my favorite breeders sell out.

I am all for capitalism if it is fair game, if HC had approved like 100 apps not 12 then I would not mind if people were competing, but right now it is a monopoly. Bottom line is a lot of us had/have plans to be in this industry but we have been shut out not by big money(I have that so I know that is not the problem) but by insiders playing the game from the inside.

At the end of the day you are fucking with peoples lively hood and that can end up bad for you. I hope DnA get banned from Canada much like Marc is banned from the states. Why the fuck is tweed heir them? Does tweed not know Canada has better breeders?
