yep, they do assuming that they are not limited by other factors. In otherwords, growing a plant in a 1 gallon container under a 40 w bulb will probably grow the same in a 5 gallon container. You need to support your pot size with the proper amount of light, nutrients, o2, and co2. Restricting any one of these factors will have a impact on what your harvest will look like.
