do flowers come from the pistols

Just curious , the flower grows from the pistol site or does some new growth appear

In quick speak yes the pistols and surrounding area is where your buts/flowers will grow.

I wasn't sure cause I'm seeing that they look alittle different, not much though.

I thought the pistils form up the buds or flowers?

It's something like that, hopefully when this first grow is over all my questions will b answered...

You will notice that the pre flowers at the node connections will swell and get bigger and the pistols will shrink back in... the buds will start to appear where new foliage would appear, where in veg new shoots would form from the nodes.. they will now 'stretch' and then fill in with many pistol/calyxes stacking on each other... that is the 'bud' and what you love to watch grow fatter and fatter.

well the pistils form the flowers and the calyx that the pistils come out of make up the bud.

Found this recently, it's a good indicator of not only what the pistils will look like as they mature but what the bud/flower looks like as it grows too

When you say flowers. It makes me think you might have a hermaphrodite. When they open they do look like a flower. Is that what your seeing? Some thing that resembles a flower?

No, just new growth, like New side growth only with a couple extra pistols
