Do i have bud rot or mold?

Hi everyone, I was just a little concerned about my plant. I have recently noticed that some of my bud's (not a lot) but some of them look rotten and I was wondering what would cause this and how I should handle this.

Yeah I guess its rot.... So do i continue to cut it off or leave it? Also how can i prevent it ?
