Do I need a fan for fresh air intake? Long pipe.. Please advise

I have a long pipe that runs to the roof for fresh air. It runs 3 stories down to the grow room, then has a 25 foot flexible 6 inch duct running to the actual grow tent. I have no fans on the fresh air intake, but run a 4 inch exhaust fan that will be hooked to carbon filter. So my question is, with the extreme length of the incoming fresh air, will I need something to pull it into the grow tent? I have heard not, but wondered what everyone had to say on the matter. The tent is 8' x 8'. If I had to guess, I'd say about 80 feet of pipe leading fresh air from the roof down to the tent.

i would say yes. . becuase the amount traveling and being pulled by the exhaust will probably be very little. . im sure you will still get some sort of intake but not as much you'de like or need. . 8'x8' is a pretty big space. . what kind of lights will you be using? I have a 4'x4' tent, and ide have lots of stale air if i didnt have an fresh air intake. .

My lighting is a 400 watt HPS/MH and 2 4 ft/ 4 bulb FL. I will be running a waterfarm 8 for 9 plants if it works out. I definitely have some space in there, but wanted to have plenty of working room. 1st time so tried to get it right with room to build. We'll see. What type of light are you using? Did you run an inline fan or what? I've been looking at options. What type of fan would work best for the intake? Thanks for your input bro!! Mucho appreciated!

im running a 400w hps, for my intake im using a 4" vortex inline fan, the cool air is coming in at the bottom. . my tent has four 6" vent holes that arent covered up at the moment so im not using an exhaust, the hot air escapes out the top. when im flowering and concerned about light leaks im going to hook up a 6" exhaust fan and cover up all the vent holes. . i have a few pics in my grow journal. . https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/155395-new-grow-journal-ko-kush.html
