Do I need to thin out/defoliate/lollipop?

These are about 10 days into flower, wondering how you guys think they look and if I need to thin them out at all?
200w of citizen cobs but it's pretty dense in there so no much light out getting down low.
Some people say they defoliate and some say the plants use those leaves for fuel or whatever so not sure which is the way to go.

this is a debated topic so my 2 cents.
I like to get rid of leaves and bud sites at the very bottom.
other then that I only get rid of leaves that are dead/dying/damaged or overlapping each other to prevent any mold issues. more so housekeeping then defoliating.
fans help keep moisture from collecting but also moves the plant around allowing more light to penetrate the canopy.

The only leaves I recommend getting rid of are the ones that are dead. As for lollipopping, no on that also. Us the small bottom buds with the leaves for hash.

A 8.9M picture is going to be hard for some people to open. 1M pictures are usually a good size if you can shrink the size.

Sorry lol, I just snap them on my phone and upload. I'll see if I can tweak the camera settings to fix that
