do i spray before lights go on or after they go out?

when do I spray safer caterpillar killer on my indoor plants at the beginning of the light cycle or after the lights go out using a 1000w bulb. thanks Jeff

Why would you have caterpillars in an indoor grow? If anything I would spray after lights go out, less chance of burning the girls.
