well it aint bad for ur plant and u dont really need to do it

people usually do this when there ph isnt right. incorrect ph levels cause the roots too stop bringing nutrients to the tops so u apply it to the foliage with weak fertilizer mixed with the water

Just be careful how much you spray on. I had a time when I got sloppy on my watering and water droplets were on the leaves. The next day there was a bunch of brown burn spots on all the leaves where the water magnified the light and cooked it. Now I shake the plants off if I get water on the leaves.

What if its during the flowering stage? If there was nut lockout, can i spray the leaves . If yes, what should i use ?

Spraying is good, get's the dust and other shit off. Just make sure you do it right before the lights go out or you'll burn the hell out of them.

Be careful with foliar FEEDING. If your nutes are good and at the right strength it's completly unnessessary.

try useing soda water great stuff make sure you turn the fans off when doing this so plants can soak up all that co2.Only do this during veging though or you could end up with bud rot it also help with getting any dust off your leaves good thing carry on but only a couple of times a week.

Yea you would be surprised how much water concentrates the light. I thought the same thing about sunlight and learned the hard way. Now I shake them.
