Do my plants have mold??

i am on week 5 day 1 of flower and ive been seeing some mold in my coco perlite mix. at first it was just a little bit around the corners of the pots and it looks kind of silver and as time goes by its getting worse. the humidity in the room is at about 50 - 55%. i feed every other day and have run off on majority of the plants. i leave the run off in the trays and its gone by the next day. Should i stop letting the plants get run off? not sure what to do. any suggestions are appreciated. thanks

that looks more like salt buildup.

You shouldn't let roots sit in water..... Bad idea... Drain your run-off. Looks like salt build up in the center but kinda mildewy looking as well...

Keep the Kids out of the Pool. Many Kids drown every year.
