Do T5 HO's fit into this sub-group, if so....

Where I live doesnt allow for garage growing so I am having to move into my closet. I have a great closet, it;s just near the back door. Go figure. The space is evenly divided so how perfect for me to have a full time minifactory going. I think T5 HO's are my solution. Wouldnt they be? After a great deal of research I have found a local lighting supply company that will sell me for 50 bucks a 6xF24 T5HO ballast which means I can run 6 bulbs at 24" He will sell me a range of bulbs in any spectrum I want. He has import bulbs for 4 bucks all the way to a 9 dollar Sylvania although he claims that the import bulbs are the same lumens and I can get them in any spectrum I care for, within reason. So why not go this route? For less then 75 bucks I could easily wire together a 6 bulb kit. I could put one of these on each side of my box if I wanted to go ape shit. I wouldnt need a lot of ventilation for something like this. Although it probably doenst produce as much light as my 600 HPS/MH, it wouldnt produce near the heat or noise and I could move indoors.

So realisticly, if I am talking about a 2x2 foot floor plan, wouldnt a single overhead 6 bulb 24"T5 be a good over head lamp? I could line the walls of my closet with a single strip T5 HO about every 12 to 18". If I had 2 ballasts, running 12 bulbs, for the top, then repeated again for my flower room, wouldnt this be sufficient to grow a personal supply? Each 24" bulb is 24 watts, so 24 times 12 is 288 watts for veg and then again for flower across a 2x2', maybe 5 plants.

How much ventilation would I have to have in my closet grow? Would a single exhaust 120m pc fan do the trick? Also, in terms of spectrums, how many and of which spectrum should I get for bulbs? I could space them out line LED grows are doing with their spectrum issues. Isnt it 6500k and 2700k? I forget.

This is my first post here as my other board is quite inactive.
