Do the main stalks on your plant straighten out after u stop lst’ing them ?

Currently i have my plants main stalk tied down to the side of my pot. But i see these photos online of these plants that were lst’d but the main stalk is stickng right up ? Can anyone explain this

Your plant will reach for the light regardless of what position you put it in. It will curve itself where you tied it down and reach for the light. Tying it down will help preserve vertical grow space, allow light to reach more plant area which increases growth and helps airflow to name a few.

Yeah we usually lst untill the plants start the preflower stretch mate.
Some of us tie down again during to keep them shorter.
Its that stretch when they flip that makes them go straight up.
Think that's what you mean anyway.

I didnt tie down my main stem. I waited for there to be enough new cola growth and tied them down them just the top of the main a bit after those were done.

My main stems are straight.

Maybe thats what you are seeing. Idk. Im new here. Lol

Yea actually exactly what i meant bc during flower the main stalk which is tied all the way down during veg. is sticking straight up In flower

They will, I have mine tied down to a rope made netting and they’ve moved an inch or so trying to reach the light as they grow.
