this girl got broke in half about a month ago and i thought it was done for i went back to c if it survied and it did it was growing on the ground tho sideways it broke at the bottom b4 any branches so i proped it up with a stick i just thought they looked kinda small

It seems it's come back from the dead!

How long has it been in flower? All buds start out small, and the bulk of the growth happens during flowering time.

About how tall is your plant? do you have it secured to that stick?

Okay, cool.

Hmm, you said there was no leaf growth below the break, right? if so, the plant is just growing normally, but with a broken stem. To get more main colas you need to FIM or top, which I don't know if you'd want to do during flowering.

My plant is growing sideways, so that it can get the most of the light source. It looks pretty good though! Is this your first?

so wont they all b top colas

When a plant breaks, just like when you top it, the result will be two (or in some cases four) new main leaders will push out and grow up.

Each will form a top cola but depending on when the break occurred and growing conditions and also the strain they may not be all that large, and then they could be, but either way they should form unless the break happened very late in flower.

It was said; "All buds start out small, and the bulk of the growth happens during flowering time."

Actually when you are talking about bud growth not; "the bulk of growth" will happen while flowering, ALL the bud growth will happen during flowering but you will see the biggest increase in bud size in the last weeks of flowering.

Most times in the last two weeks but some strains will take off somewhat earlier and really begin to bulk up about three weeks before the end of flowering.

So depending on how long the plant has left in flower you may still end up with decent to good bud size and cola formation … and also you may not if the flowering period is close to an end.

hey what do u think about mixing 2 or 3 teasp of tiger bloom and 1 teasp of bat poo anda little molasiss cuz it was vegged in a 2 gallon trash can and i pulled it outthe can and burryed it in theground and thats all the nutesits had it was mg potting mix

Sorry, I understand all bud growth happens during flowering, that goes without saying. But, what I meant was the plant puts on more growth during flowering than during veg. ( I guess it depends on the plant, also)

well, I grow organically, I don't know much about the high tech nutes. I think Molasses is a great idea though, I might try that this year.

Your buds are small because they have a while to grow yet. When did you start flowering? You have a lot more than 2-3 weeks left by the looks of it.
Bat guano is an excellent flowering fert. Molasses is good to. Molasses feeds the soil organisims, which in turn feed the plant.
Read about molasses> http://www.onlinepot.org/grow/3lbsMolassesManual.htm
Here is how you do it. - by Ohsogreen
First use only unsulphured molasses, like Briar Rabbit or Grandma's Molasses (brands). Mix one ounce to one gallon of chlorine free water. If you only have tap water, let it set for two days & 99% of the chlorine will evaporate. Then you can add the molasses.
.
You can bubble (oxygenate) it using a cheap aquarium pump & air stone for at least one day. Or just pour it from one clean container (jug or bucket) to another a couple of times a day, for at least two days.
.
This provides extra oxygen to the good micro-beaties, they then eat, mutiply, & kill off - the not so nice micro-beaties. The longer you oygenate this mix, the more good guys you end up with. Their eating & pooping out the NPK (bioconversion) is what make it highly soluble. Over time their bioconversion reduces the N and pumps up the P & K slightly. Not a big shift, just a point or two.
.
This makes a good growth stage fertilizer (that's cheap).
.
Just mix it light the first time & water in lightly - like one quart per plant.
Start low & build slow. This prevents overfertilizing.
.
Use this mix one week & plain water the next.
.
You can add nutes to the mix, but remember your adding to a mix with a NPK of about 5-1-3 already
