Do These Look OK?

Hello! Can anyone give me your opinion of these? Do they look OK? I know I gave em too much water yesterday, had to stake a few up today. Will the ones I staked up recover? Their tops are still dark green...Other than that, do they look OK? Should they be that tall and (for lack of a better term) spindly? Do I need to put them on a bigger Rockwool slab soon? Or straight into the Ebb & Flow pots? They are now 4 days old. Straight H2O - no nutes.

They are under 2 - 4ft 30w "cool white" tubes with a small fan blowing on them. The temps are between 75 (night) to 85 (day) F.

looks ok, as bit spindly, when u transplant bury them up to the first leaf.

Put the light right on top of them. Also get an oscillating fan on them & it will strengthen those stems.
