Do Two 300W LED Lights Equal 600W?

I'm curious if you have a 300w led..then decide to add another 300w led. Does that make it like having a 600w? I kind of doubt it..but figured I'd ask.

So, you’re running 3 X400 watt hps lights, 1200 watts power usage. The plants are still receiving whatever lumens a 400 produces, maybe a little more where the light intersects. But swap those lights out with 2 X600 watt hps, less canopy coverage, but tighter buds than the 400’s.
That make sense ?

No it doesn’t at all. Watts are watts.
