do u use molasses and how often

ok so im looking to try work out how to use molasses ive got a bag of raw brand in powder form and a big yellow spoon i have some plants in veg and some in bloom so guess im looking for advice as to how much u guys are using and how often in all stages and when u stop using it im growing in home and garden bat 52 special soil and feeding with general hydro 3 part as per bottle directions

molasses does nothing but feed the microbeasties in the soil. Adding chemical ferts to the soil seriously diminishes those same microbeasties and addition of molasses does nothing if you are feeding chems. It does not make the bud taste better, it does not add carbs for the plant. Plants dont uptake carbs they uptake ions. But I could be wrong. I add molasses to aerated compost tea for occasional waterings. I add a teaspoon per gallon of ro water.

so basically using the gh range means the molasses are rendered useless i thought ud added bios in the 3 part if it has no use at all i wont both wasting my money in future just seen a lot of people swear by it

Yea and don't forget to defoliate your plant in the second week of bloom and flush it with at least 5 gallons of water per gallon of soil your using ha seriously man buy a few books and read learn the ins and outs of the plant you want to grow I don't understand why everyone just blindly jumps into this game alike it's as simple as tying your shoes

lol nothing like a bit of positive support from a fellow poster im not totally new to it all but did want to start adding something more than basic nutes and got sold it by my growshop jeasus man has everyone took an ego pill and jumped on the bandwagon lol

That's the problem man you can't listen to those grow shop guys 99.9% of them are just trying to sell you shit their there to make money and guess what that's what they did they sold you something you don't need read through some good books and the advanced section of this site if you want to learn don't just take random people's word on stuff man @Dr. Who knows his shit and would probably help you more than most but go read and come to him when your informed about the mj plant and then you'll get a lot more help doing what your trying to do. You can never stop learning
