lol this one was my favorite! The dude has narrowed down the window of time we all get to be ghosts!!!!

The "bright light at the end of the tunnel" is unbelievably common. I don't doubt that happened to you, I highly doubt it was anything from the ''after life''.

You can't just say "something exists, that I'm certain of" just by experiencing that car accident. That's not proof or evidence of anything, not in scientific terms. It's anecdotal evidence.

Nothing happens guys, and why's it gotta be so depressing in some of your eyes?

Enjoy the ride.

Your exactly the type of person I'm talking about.. to debate in this subject? It helps to be opened minded. Not close minded.. :|

but hey, whatever you believe..

Because apparently I clearly and vividly *to this day even..* can remember every single detail about seeing my outer body laying face up on a stretcher.. so there must be some level of consciousness. Right? You have to be an opened minded person about this subject.. :)
What's so crazy about that? You say you could see your body lying face up on a stretcher from some perceived 3rd person perspective. This would imply you believe you were above your body in some other form disconnected from your physical self, ie. a soul. This is extremely common. Your particular description specifically, the light at the end of the tunnel thing.

"
I saw myself lifted out of my physical body. ... t was as if a whole lot of loving beings were taking all the tired parts out of me, similar to car mechanics in a car repair shop. ... I had an incredible sense that once all the parts were replaced I would be ... young and fresh and energetic...."

  • The notice of a very unpleasant sound or noise.[8]
  • A sense/awareness of being dead.[17][19]
  • A sense of peace, well-being and painlessness. Positive emotions. A feeling of being removed from the world.[17][19][20]
  • An out-of-body experience. A perception of one's body from an outside position. Sometimes observing doctors and nurses performing medical resuscitation efforts.[17][19][20][21]
  • A "tunnel experience". A sense of moving up, or through, a passageway or staircase.[17][19][21]
  • A rapid movement toward and/or sudden immersion in a powerful light. Communication with the light.[19][20]
  • An intense feeling of unconditional love.[20]
  • Encountering "Beings of Light", "Beings dressed in white", or other spiritual beings. Also, the possibility of being reunited with deceased loved ones.[17][20][21]
  • Being given a life review.[17][19][20]
  • Being presented with knowledge about one's life and the nature of the universe.[20]
  • A decision by oneself or others to return to one's body, often accompanied by a reluctance to return.[17][20][21]
  • Approaching a border.[19]
  • There also seems to be a link between the cultural and spiritual beliefs where you live. These seem to dictate what is experienced in the NDE(Miner-Holder, Janice. Handbook of Near-Death Experiences. Library of Congress Cataloging in Publishing Data. 2009.).

Big difference between being "open minded" and skeptical.
