This has been a never ending battle. I am growing in Sunshine Advanced mix 4, I am using Floragrow, Floramicro, and Florabloom for nutes. the problem is the leaves are curling down and i think it is a ph problem. I have had advice to not bother with ph'ing the nutes. However i think that's a bunch of crap. I ph to 7.0 the runoff is 5.2, so i added 2 teaspoons of lime to 1 gallon pots, the runoff is still 5.2. If you don't know what your talking about don't waste my time. how about a moderator that grows in soiless mix stepping up to the plate, all i am is asking for is a little bit of good advice.
The problem is with all stages of growth it's effecting clones, vegetation, and flowering.

i need more info and a pic if you can to help youwith this problem but you should bring your ph down to at least a 6.3

I grow with advanced #4. You PH the soil after you have watered. Use simple PH up or Down sold at every grow store... I would also rethink your line of Nutes if they are giving you this much trouble. Cutting edge has never given me any trouble.

I use that soil and those nutes. Depending on your water, you'll probably need calcium and magnesium as well. Any CalMag will do, but I like Botanicare best (just an opinion). I adjust pH to 6.3 or so. I don't worry about runoff pH.

Sunshine Advance #4 has good pH out of the bag. I don't add lime. You may be able to forgo the CalMag if you add dolomite lime though.

Since the soil has coco in it, remember to always have a bit of runoff when you feed. This will flush any accumulated salts. I usually flush with pH 6.5 water every 3 weeks...not a big flush, simply get the soil wet, another good water a few minutes later, then nutes a few minutes later. Flushing may be overkill, but I do it anyway.

Good luck to you.
