Do You Stand Up When a Woman Walks Into the Room?

I don't know anybody who does this. Do you do this(or other gentlemenly gestures)?

It just occurred to me it'll probably get maaaad respect from the ladies.

opening a door is nice, standing to attention may be a little creepy

If someone were to do that when I walked into the room it'd make me feel awkward. But perhaps some other girls would like that, but I wouldn't. Whatever works best for ya man!

I'll hold open a door sometimes, but that chivalry shit earns negative points from a lot of ladies nowadays, or at least as of 5-6 years ago when I was last keeping track

too far, it's creepy unless there's already some established chemistry and you know she would be responsive to some odd move like that.

standing whenever a woman enters the room might be a bit much...lol. but holding a door open is always a very nice and well received gesture as well as saying hello, a friendly smile, etc.

give respect to women use common sense when going about this its not about opening not opening a door or standing or not standing all this does is show respect there are other more modern ways of doing it (showing respect)

i used to hafta stand up at the table at fancy restraunts when a woman would excuse herself from the table, and help her with her chair, ya know, pretty oldschool stuff there, but ive allways found if you look a woman in the eye and not at her boobs, you get plenty of respect.

If you're going to dream, make it worthwhile.

Ask her if she'll come home and join you and the wife for a nice evening indoors together.

My fraternity does this whenever a girl/woman would come talk to groups of us... as cheesy as it might seem, it definitely gives you a couple of points before starting off a meeting/chat.
Never do it outside of that though... definitely do the whole - open doors, pull out chairs, walk below girls on stairs/between girl and the street though...

i was at the bar one night with my best friend, and this group of 3 guys were talking to us. the one guy who was really built started flexing his bicep to make the tattoo he had there move...then said "so, you guys wanna get naked and fuck?" we laughed at him. what a useless tool.

how about walking on the outside edge of the sidewalk when walking with a woman

if you ever ask any girl if she "wants to fuck" you might you just might be lucky enough to hear a yes but then you'll hear but not you or something to that effect that is a dumbass thing to do and might just get your ass whopped how did this go from do you stand when a girl walks in to how to get her home idk but you guys need to learn a thing or two before giving any advice
understand this a 9x outta 10 a girl knows if she wants to fuck you or not before you even say a word or withiin the first three sentences you speak depending if she seen you coming or not if your still around after those three sentences all you can do is fuck it up for yourself from there

I will always allow a woman to enter before I do. Fat, Ugly, Smelly, Hot...Doesn't matter;However I wouldn't stand for a woman.
