Dodd from CT.

Senator Dodd is leaving Congress, a job he has had for many years now and the free health care they get and the free trips overseas and so on so forth.

Why leave a really great job as that?

To take a private job in the healthcare field where he can use his influence and ties to congress to get more universal healthcare thrown at us thru his company he more than likely will start or join.

Picture someone getting paid as a member of a think tank. All they do is think of ways to make more money with using none of their own.

THis is the first sign in a coming parade of signs that this country has taken a turn for the worse and God help our children because they will be the ones left to clean up after us.:finger:

^^^ Good post.

My first reaction to the retiring democrats was that the rats are abandoning a sinking ship, but I heard another analysis on the radio today. What if the leaders of the Progressive Movement, i.e., George Soros, Obama, Rahm Emmanuel, etc., are convincing the old guard to leave in order to pave the way for a younger generation of Progressives (Marxists) to take over the reigns?

I'm convinced that we are in the midst of a communist revolution in this country. The Progressives have been preparing for this scenario and paving the way for it for a hundred years now. Anyone with any knowledge of Progressive history both saw this coming and realize that its here. They are doing their level best to destroy the economy, the dollar, the country's credit rating and our respect around the world.

The Answer is to work our asses off and actively campaign for free market thinkers.

Dodd may have some skeletons in the closet. Now is a good time for him to leave. He like many "retiring" bureacrats will use his connections made while in office to feather his own nest, no doubt.
