Does a Human with a Penis Belong in a Women's (or Little Girls') Bathroom?

I say no. When it comes to the appropriate bathroom to use, I don't care if a "penised" human "feels feminine" or not. They should not be allowed in a women's or little girls' bathroom.

I have nothing personal against men who want to pursue a feminine lifestyle. But they don't belong in a women's bathroom while still possessing a swinging dick. IMO.

Are you implying transexuals are all rapists and can't be trusted not to rape people?

Years ago where I worked at the time, there was a man who underwent a sex change operation. During his pre-op phase, while he was in hormonal transition, my employer built him/her/whatever a bathroom just for him/her.

No. But I'm implying that some are. Maybe just a few.

And I think there are definitely some sexual predators out there who are hoping for a chance to claim "feminine transition" so they could have access to little girls' bathrooms. Whether they are really in feminine transition or not.

Do homosexual men belong in a men's prison?

What about lesbian women in a women's prison?

I think if coed prisons were allowed more people would be willing to go. I think there'd be people all over town turning themselves in. Crime rates would skyrocket.

Women have always had the comfort of knowing that the law says they can have modest privacy in public bathrooms without having a male presence there. Always.

Keeping it that way hurts no one.

There are many instances where "the many" are rightly protected and the rights of "the few" are rightly restricted.

I fucking hate to sit and wait at a red light when I can see that there's no traffic coming from any direction. But I realize that if people were allowed to run red lights at their own discretion, that would not be a good thing. So I sit and wait.

And again people, please realize that I'm talking about before the man has his thang cut off. All I'm saying is that a swinging dick does not belong in a girls' bathroom.

Are you sure there is an actual law that explicitly forbids men or women entering each others toilets lol ?
or is it just an implied restriction based on social etiquette ?

i am pretty certain there are no laws here anyway
i'm sure they have unisex bathrooms in other counties, France perhaps ?

I don't know, skunk. Maybe there's no law. But I'd be willing to bet that ANY policeman in the US would drag a man out of a little girls' bathroom. And rightfully so.

He would not drag him out, but he would have the right to ask him why he did not use the "male" toilets
there can sometimes be legitimate reasons

you shouldn't take little girls into the male toilets they will be able to see the cocks of men pissing at urinals and the smell will scar them for life
take them into the ladies, it smells in there too, but not as bad , who cares what the other women think, your kids come first

very true, but women are known to act as enablers either by consent or under duress for male preds to attract children
many recent incidents in this country in schools involved women as they have easier access to children
