It's more likely than not starved for nitrogen. Slowly add a nitrogen rich nutrient to its watering regime and let the plant tell you if it's getting better. Typically when they begin to yellow from the bottom up it's an indication that it's consuming nitrogen from its lower leaves in a frenzied attempt to continue upward growth towards more light. Give it more of what it craves; light, and it'll make use of the nitrogen you'll give it and make a speedy recovery, assuming you're not drowning it.

definitely not overwatering...I water 2-3 times per week. I water with distilled water and molasses (1tbsp./gallon). I have not given them any nutrients yet, however the soil that they are in has some time release shit in it that is .07-.01-.03 NPK. Any more thoughts?

The solution is not always add more food, unless you're using something like fish fertilizer don't always jump to this first. What is your air flow situation? This time of year it's still pretty hot so mid day temps can soar. All of the above problems happen from lack of air flow. Waterlogging isn't a problem if there is moving air to keep fungi back. Darkness + high humidity + no breeze = mold. Easy enough. Add a fan, watch your new growth, old leaves this damaged will be shed so they're no indication of plant health.

I think i have plenty of airflow. one 4 inch fan sucking air out the top of the grow box and one inside that is plant level.

True. Your plant is showing sign of classic N def but just because you have a N deficiency doesnt mean your plants dont have nitrogen available to them. Incorrect PH will block out certain nutrients.

Ok, that makes sense. I have some ph test strips lying around, i will start paying more attention to the ph. I have been using distilled water with molasses so i thought it was gonna be ok, but i guess i should be more careful from here on out. thanks for the advice. i also picked up some sunleaves mexican bat guano (10-2-1) hoping to give them a nitrogen boost and get them healthy again. I hope between the guano and ph adjustment they end up ok. Thanks guys
