does having your tent in your bedroom help provide co2 ?

does having your tent in an average size bedroom help the plants at all due to when you sleep youre constantly exhaling throughout the night. i run lights at night and obviously sleep at night and its a relatively sealed room with a window ac and no external intake to the room. the ac and heat from the cool tube/filter exhaust essentially compete while lights are on to maintain temps.

any thoughts?

Logically it would, but you probably would not be able to see much of a difference if it was in any different room.
