can any one tell me the best way to get my plant to recover from over watering? I am pretty sure it is the pot i have it in. it is like 2.5 gallons and the soil has greatly decreased since i started. i dont understand that? But here are some pics i took yesterday i watered with distilled water right after cause the soil was dry but i still think it was a little damp on the bottom cause my runn off filled up very quickly! i had to pick up the pot and dab up the water with two towels. Now my plant looks even sadder than yesterday. I dont know what to do? I read that you could take the plant out and put paper towels under it but my plant is over four feet and in the 5 week of flower.

well every time i water i wait till all soil is dry i think its a combination of heat and too many flushes. i flushed it 3 times and it has been in flower for 5 weeks. i usually pour water until my runout is full(sometimes it goes way over) the last 4 or 5 waters haver been heavy because i let it sit for min 4 days but on average its about 6 days than i water. so all the stems and leaves are green, Just weak. and droopy, very curly the middle to end leaves are like a tornado style twist. It all started with a curl at the top. bottom leaves where fine. I know it got burned from CFLs being too close but the next day it spread through out plant. so i jecked the pot and soil and it was dry 2 in down so i then ran about 3/4 of distilled through her and she looks weaker but still the buds look great a lil small for week 5 but we will see. thanks for that thread!!!!

do u have any fans on
yes one blowing in always on when i shut the closet i put fan in keeping on high just pointin up to have some air moving around during dark cycle. It all started the day i moved my top and side CFLs super close it was def really hot and it is just getting more sad and fan leaves curling to a twist. i hope this plant lives. I wonder, will the buds continue to swell and grow even if it looks like this???

Yes hydrogen perioxide does help. It contains unstable oxygen and water.
So what would you recommend for the next time i water. should i add nuts i have organic"Age Old Bloom" and "Flora Nova" One part, soil is drying ok on top. just checked the rest and it goes from damp to a slight mud consistency.:wall:

Stop messing with it. Your overthinking this, leave it alone, don't water it. How often are you watering? And as asked above, what is the ph?

Hydrogen peroxide just breaks down into water and oxygen. So no.. adding more water is not going to help. Your leaves are bent from over watering, not under watering. Your leaves would be limp and lifeless if it's under watered.

Water less often.

PH is at 6.2 bottom leaves are a lil limp but thats only a very FEW ammount. I water on average every 5-6 days. leaves feel a little dry but are very sad. Thanks for response. How does this affect the buds, Will they still swell and grow I know i have at least another month till harves maybe more.
