Do paint fumes do anything, because i want to repaint some of my grow box for more reflection

Well you shouldn't paint it while there are plants in it, and if it smells like there are paint fumes then you shouldn't have plants in there. Yes paint fumes are bad, just make sure things are dry and not putting off a bunch of fumes before you start growing in there again.

Use water- reducible (latex) paint for less odor....still it's got to dry.....most paints "flash" dry in minutes....but truely takes up to 30 days to completely cure....go to walmart and get some emergency blankets...(in sporting goods)...and forget about painting.
