plant been feeding on MG pour and feed (0.2-0.2-0.2 NPK) yes i know everyone thinks it is rubbish. well some growers cant afford too buy expensive fert stuff. instead of saying its rubbish maybe offer advice, like use half strength maybe swap to a bayer product like baby bio use a tomato feed too help flowering on the cheap etc etc.

well my plant below has been feeding on MG most of its life. i ran out last week so purchased some BabyBio it was cheap and in stock at the time she has recieved 1 feed from babybio only. proof is in the pics, with care and brains MG can work you just have too be careful with it like any other fert you use, be it a $20 bottle or a $2 el cheapo.

MG is fine if you cant afford the good stuff, just use alot less than they say, and over time build up too around 3/4 strength.

You are going to get out of your plant what you put in to it.
A quart of flora nova is $20, you use 2 oz per 5 gallons and it just happens to be the best nutes I have ever used. If you cant afford $20 then your plants are going to suck anyway. If you skimp on foundation then your house will suck. If you are happy with the results od MG, then you have low expectations because you dont know any better. I am as sure of this as I am sure water is wet (above 32 deg)

I had plants grow just fine under MG ferts, until harvest time and after a couple weeks cure i always had a nasty taste of metal in my bud. The first couple times i thought it was my water, but then i got RO and still had that taste. Switched it up to Advanced Nutrients and now the taste is phenomenal.

Grows em fine, tastes like smoking chrome.

people that say MG is bad are retarded. whats bad is people using too much, not the product idiots. you need to start bashing the newbie growers and not MG. when used like people tell you to, it works wonders.

I use organics seasol (seaweed) powerfeed (fish fert) along with cow poo juice (real easy to make, 44g drum of water add 40kGal of wet cow poo, stir everyday for 6 weeks and you've got 44Gal/200lt of homemade fert ; ) I grow outdoors, but are thinking of funding half my shed for a light grow.

Phosphorus is what makes the smoke harsh. Use advanced nutes for flower. There is less phosphorus but everything you need to get good tasty growth. read it out of their high times ad a while ago...

that is true, phosphorus is the main culprit in harsh tasting / throat irritating smoke.

You know, it's funny, Miracle Grow doesn't affect the way a tomato tastes.
I think it may make a differenct even on tomatos...maybe someone can grow one tomato plant with MC and one without and taste for the differencel...ANY TAKERS LOL
