The issue is light bleaching of some of the top buds, there are about 3 or 4 in total. I guess I was running too many lights so I turned off one of the 600 watt hps lights and two of the 2000 watt LEDs. So now I have 1200 watts plus one 2000 watt led hopefully that corrects the problem.
Does this look like light burn? Please help.

sorry but i can not see that at all maybe a bit of foxtailing but zero bleaching
It's not chlorosis, what you were looking at in the first set of pics that gave all the leaves and buds a yellow appearance was the intense hps lights. Please look at the second set of pics with the lights off. All off the leaves are a very healthy green appearance. Sorry that was my fault for not turning off the hps lights.
What there is though is a slight light bleaching on a few of the top center buds from too much light.
I was getting 130,000-180,000 lumens from the top of the buds which I read is way too much so I turned off the three LEDs that I had which were rated at 2000 watts each but supposedly put out an equivalent of 1400 watts of hps light each so those are gone now.
I was also running three 600 watts hps lights (1800 watts) so I dimmed the middle hps light down to 300 watts. So now I have 1500 hps watts total and that's all I'm running at the moment.
Now im getting anywhere between 45,000-90,000 lumens from the top of the buds and this is in a 9x6 ft area so I really hope that's not too much light because I had a problem my last grow which was my first grow of too much light which gave me weak buds from too low of thc because I ran too much light which I'm just figuring out now.
I think I'm going to start a new thread confirming all of this about the lights because I've put way too much time and effort into this to end up with weak buds this time. Their's no excuse with the set up and genetics I have for weak buds this time.
