Does this look like root rot? Outdoor grow

IMG_0550.PNG Hello, my plants seem to be growing more unhealthy by the minute and one even died in less than a week. I have tried to treat for bugs as much as possible and supplied nutrients and micronutrients. I even added some lime and watered it in to correct ph.

Does this look like the symptoms of root rot? because my supersoil seems to have packed down in the holes over time and the natural soil is red clay. Also note that there has been an obvious increase of drooping leaves throughout the grow (not sure if this is normal). The buds are leafy/fluffy and are not hardening up. ANY RESPONSE IS APPRECIATED, thank you!!
Here's some pictures of the affected plants:IMG_0549.PNGIMG_0551.PNGIMG_0552.PNGIMG_0553.PNGIMG_0554.PNG

You likely have multiple issues related to a tough grow environment. Root rot is probably not an issue. But a beautiful shot of the praying mantis!
