Thanks man glad to be along for the ride. Sorry about the mis info about epsom salts. Your well water ph is real close to mine. Not sure of the ppm though, and know I need to check it don't have the funds for the meter right now. Spent all my cash finishing my second grow room. My well is almost 400 ft and the water tastes great. The last harvest went well. So I think I am okay a little while longer.

By any chance Doze are you thinking back to this winter. When I was still using my brothers account. And talking about the ES concentrate for use to balance the calcium in tap water for certain strains/situations? Or you could very well be correct and I added some in this grow! The dust says otherwise, but my crispy mind has me wondering????

I believe so. I remember because it's very similar to my recipie I use outdoors when growing around pines. Oh yeah maybe some bone meal too? Not really sure on that one. Been getting pretty stoned off the pk for the last month.

I hear ya. I know I should keep at least some notes buts never seem too...
Anyways soon as the rain stops I will get the plants out for some proper pics. I am not much of a photographer and find I get the best pics outside in natural light.....

OG Kush-straight ProMix and Fox Farms Grow Big and Tiger Bloom.....

G13s (Right and Left the Originals and the Center is the back cross) Mystery Mix and plain well water...

C99s. Same mystery mix as the G13s. But the last watering they got a tablespoon of Fish Emulsion as they seem to be a bit heavier feeders. Started to notice a little yellowing low and too early for this in my garden....

The OG Kush beans were planted 2/25 and the rest 2/27. All were put on 12/12 3/20.......

I am really looking forward to the G13s. Didnt see them growing when brothers grow. Pictures and smoke only. The other strains are both worthy but have grow them both(first time diz c99, joeys before)and pretty much know what too expect.
The peppers though just getting started have me looking forward to the new strains added this summer. The Ghost, Yellow Ghost, 7 Pot-7 Pod, Trinidad Scorpion I have grown before. The new additions are the Butch T Trinidad Scorpion, Giant Ghost, Naga Morich, Tazmanian Habanero and Hot Cow Horn. The Hot Cow Horn the only not over a million scoville.
If you look close you can see some still popping. A few are going into the ground but most will end up in 4 gallon buckets.

HPIM1188.jpgHPIM1189.jpg
And a few tomato plants. Hillbilly Leaf which is one of my all time favorites. Nice yield for a 55 day variety. Cherokee Purple which is also a favorite. Like many black/purple strains they have a more earthy-smoking flavor. And Burbank Slicers I figure many of us have grown before...these go in the ground. Maybe a Hillbilly in a bucket on the deck for quick access.......

Once a month or two the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes ect...have water softener reps at the stores doing free water test to try and sell you a system. Give your local store a call to see when the next visit is. Free water test!
Pro-Labs Water Quality DIY kit is also a great resource. Most BBS carry it also.......things you can test with it:
pH
Total Alkalinity/Chlorine/Hardness
Hydrogen Sulfide(sulphur)
Iron
Copper
Nitrate and Nitrites
Iron Bacteria
This simple test can tell you volumes about your water....

I havent but was just wondering if you had a grow going. No intrusion at all. Its been some years since I revegged a plant and yes they do go wild. Monster cropping is also pretty intersting. Taking clones from plants 3 weeks or so into flower, rooting and revegging at the same time. Its amazing how many shoots one little clone can make! Those plants look great Dozer, healthy green and looking vigorous. Well done....

I kept 6 of my best ladies for this current grow. All revegged. Any advice on the best time to take some clones? 3 weeks in does that apply to a revegged plant alsoThey are so fuckin" bushy it's getting out of control. Not a bad thing though.

By the looks of them you could clone anytime you feel like it. Monster cropping aside clones can usually be successfully taken up too 7-10 days into 12/12.

Trying to time it right with new clones for outdoors this summer. Don't want to have to put out 3 ft plants. Probably wait another week or two.

Ya I dont even sprout my beans for the outdoor season until the end of April-first of May. They are about a foot or so tall and ready to be put out the first of June. This gives them 3 weeks of slightly increasing daylight before it begins to shorten again. I have found plants grown from seed using this time period will begin to flower 10-14 days sooner than those started much earlier. Clones I am not sure if this would be the case as they are usually already mature when taken. Although clone or seed smaller plants tend to finish better outdoors. At least for me and the short Michigan summers and late September light frosts, ....

Being in Maine i'm in the same boat as you. That frost comes pretty early in the fall up here. Mostly why I stick to growing mostly indica outdoors. They seem to hold up to a few frosts better then sativas. Must be some great fishing up there. I started a fishing thread. Lot's of folks up your way seem to be right into it. I read you went fishing a while back. How did you do?

Noticed you have lots of perlite in your pots. Is it for bug control on top like that? Or is that how much you mix in your pro mix? I have been doing 4 to 1 soil to perlite.
