Dolomite Lime staying power

When you add dolomite lime to your soil mix will it neutralize the ph indefintally for your entire flower cycle? I have the grandular dolomite lime (Espoma's Garden Lime), not the powdered, and I was wondering if when I add this directly to my flowering cycle soil mix, will it keep the ph stable for the entire cycle, or will I need to check the ph of the soil often? Also, if my water ph & compost tea's ph is too high, will the lime neturalize that as well, or do I need to keep adjusting that too? I can't seem to find much info on this. +rep for help! (oh yes, I will bribe you for answers! muhuhahaha!)

if it's not powder make sure you dissolve it 1st. Stuff lasts a while. YES you need to adjust your water/ tea's exc.. when adding to your soil because it can and will throw your Ph off if not treated.

I mean adding the dolomite lime directly to the soil mix when making a super soil. How would I adjust my teas ph without harming the fungi & microbeasties in it? I've heard vinegar will kill them. I'm looking into Earth Juices Natural ph Up/Down. I think its a form of salt though, so that may do harm to the beasties as well. Thanks for the help!
