Artifacts is good. Horse bites was probs my favorite. Agnew brothers are good people. Adolesents Black Hole EP was one of my first 7inch purchases. That and the MDC Split. Joey Shithead even signed it. Bonus.

I had to look Keith Morris up on wiki

They have him listed as being born in Hermosa Beach....there is no Hospital in Hermosa

Says he went to Mira Costa...If we had not moved I would have gone to costa

Oingo Boingo was from around there as well

I miss those days going into Hollywood or down to the OC to pay money to get into a shit club to hear some questionable music!
Even just 10 years after the "hey day" things had gotten really.....tame/different:

We saw Agent Orange, and the Vandals at this "trendy" little club in San Diego in '94 -- it was a bar that featured foo-foo blender drinks, and lots of 80's neon signs. There were about 20 different Slurpee Machines lining the bar area. Nothing screams "punk rock" like poser kids dressed in expensive black leather, sipping Blue Hurricanes with parasols and pineapple garnish.

First time I saw Social D, my friend broke her ankle in the mosh pit, and kept dancing thru the whole show. 25 (?) years later, I saw them play again. Lead singer was sober, and pretty tame, and we were at a winery. Craziest thing that happened was that I lost my flip flops (in the mosh pit), and had to be piggybacked across the gravel parking lot to the car.

Things have changed, that's for sure.

I think I like you. I hope that's not weird.
