When using fish fert . Should I water till slight runoff or or just a deep waterin..

Would it be fine water when the soil is slightly damp but not moist or wet?
Fish fertilizer and organics, no runoff. Chemicals, you want some runoff so salts don't build up.

And I actually try to keep my soil moist. I don't want it to dry out since that would kill or make microbes go dormant.

With chemicals I'd let it dry out more. With organics keep it moist if you can.

so I need to transplant, from solo to 1 gallon
The peat moss out the bag is at 6.0 ,
How much lime should I add per gallon ? to raise it to 6.2-6.5?
seems really high for peat. Are you sure about that?

And mix small batch of medium up and test it, to see ph, and get ratios right for bigger batch to mix

side note, peat is terrible to use for anything just because of how it is obtained. I made the mistake of getting some myself

You can use the 222 but there's no calcium or magnesium. I'd pre amend with homegrown. I do that for every single seedling and because of the time for the roots to reach the nutrients/also the breakdown time is perfect for when they start needing it. I've never overfed a seedling this way.

I wouldn't add anything to change the ph of the medium. Dr. Earth has microbes through Trubiotics to help buffer, and regular watering around the 6.3-6.5 range will be more than enough
