Dresser abox idea

So I planned to turn an old dresser into a grow box and I was wondering if I could get some advice so the idea.

4 corsair sp120 fans (intake + exhaust)
Some cfl lights some for veg an a higher strength for flowering
3 gal pots from veg to harvest
CoCo + perlite mix
And a trio nute with calmag maybe

So I'm not sure how to germ if Im using coco, should I germ in paper towel then put mix into a cup for about a week er 2 then transfer to 3 gal pot?

Would the fans keep the box temp in preferred range? Where should I put the carbon filter I planned to build myself?

Should I go with setup, a or b

I thought about doing an old chest of drawers for a box, would be awesome to see.

DWC with scrog would maximize space.

As far as sprouting I would pop them in rapid rooters but if no access to these things trip to HD and some peat seed starters. I am like 70% fail rate with paper towels even with 24 float and paper toweling the sinkers for 2 days.

Nute wise I would research what you really need based on the strain you will be dealing with. Keep it as simple as possible to save you issues later.

I like light from B in A. Light and Ventilation are key IMO.

OK cool and lights are the same ones just a little lower and they are cfls,
