Drooping seedleaves on 3 day old

northern lights, germed in rockwool took 10 days to sprout out, on day 2 removed dome and it fell over, put dome bac on and it stood back up but seed leaves just kinda hang, idk if i should flush the rw cause been wet to long, i have added very weak great white, voodoo juice and super thrive, i also gave light foliar spray of b-52, rooms 80, using distilled water, still have 2 others goin on 13 days and have not sprouted, usin 26w cfl, i do not know what to do about the seed leaves drooping or if its even an issue, they look like a basset hounds ears....

Post a picture. It sounds like you overfed the seedling. Seedlings don't need nutrients until they start developing "real" leaves. The round cotyledon will fall off on their own.
