Hello iv got a problem with my plants, The leaves are curled at the ends and they look droopy, they have discoloration that looks like nute burn but im not sure ? One of the plants looks worse then the other's and the ec had gone up to 2.1 while i left the plants with my dad for a few days ! i dont no if this has caused the nute burn ?

Room has 4 Grolux 400w Lamps and palnts are in a DWC Set-up, the plants are on there 3rd week of veg growth, going for 5 weeks in veg.

Cannopy temps are around 19c-20c and res temps are 16-20c occasionally they go up but i correct this with ice bottles.

Using Canna A + B Veg Nutes: at 1.9EC Standard water EC is 0.2 so im actually only putting in enough nute to bring it up to 1.9 is this right ? Nothing else has been used in the water.

Ph in res is kept between 5.8-6.0 it does rise but i correct it with ph down.

Roots look fine, no slime etc... iv never had this problem before and iv used this exact set-up a few times before.

Here are some pics of the plants,

If you need anymore information just ask :)

Thanks in advance guys.

There is good air circulation i have a 10Inch extraction fan in the room which also pulls fresh air in through ducting and then through a carbon filter on the ceiling it sucks a lot of air through, im just about to go check them ill go check the humidity, are the purple stems a sign of too much nutrients ?

i'm having some humidity issues myself right now... and i was told by someone wiser then I that 28% is too low. Mine is around 30% and he said to try n get it up to atleast 40-50%. One suggestion is putting water in a cookie sheet (or something with a wide surface area) and putting that in the room. the more surface area, the faster the evaporation rate. that should boost ur humidity up a little. And as far as the purple stems go... I don't think this would be a problem with over feeding them, more a problem with them not getting enough of something. and you may be giving enough, but if your PH isn't right then they won't absorb it up (i'm not knowledgeable enough yet to know exactly what that nutrient is tho...)

At this point the roots and every thing looks pretty normal for a clone. It's the upper leaves that determine the plants health with clones.

Your humidity is pretty low and you ec is high for it being that small. I had some sag issues back when my humidity was in the 20's. Try lowering your res concentration and get some humidity in there (I'll veg anywhere from 50-70% RH), they like a lot of moisture in veg just beware of powdery molds. A leaf will try to shield its stomata from overly dry air by curling or cupping. The cupping creates a mini humidity dome around the stomata, which are on the undersides of leaves. This is there survival mechanism for regulating water lose.

A res can contribute to added humidity:)
