Droopy organics

Can anyone help me my plants look sad, I'm growing in fox farms ocean with vega matrix full line with r o water I don't have a cal/mag supplement do you guys think that's what wrong?

Looks like overwatering (keeping them too wet, not having thorough wet/dry cycles), and not enough light. I don't see signs of ca/mg deficiency.

Way too little light. They are stretched a lot.

They look under-watered to me; the soil looks kind of dry and crumbly on top and the plants have that pale hue as if they're not being able to uptake nutrients as a result.

I've never used smart pots but from what I understand, they need to be watered much more frequently and much more thoroughly to prevent dry spots.
