droopy overtime

i have two plants growing in a refrigerator, turned off and correct ventilation, and one plant is doing great but my second which as about 1 1/2 months old or so has been slowly dying from the bottom up, first the bottom leaves drooped then died and slowly the process has gotten to the top leaves and the entire plant is drooping.stuck my finger all the way down and seemed dry so gave a lil watering

If the plant suddenly looks "limp" she's prolly just thirsty.. she'll perk up in 30 mins. if that's the case..

any pics of the plant, so we can help better, did you water yet. what have you been feeding / lites ect..

i have two 20 watt cfl's on the plant that is limp, and probably a month ago i put half an inch or less of black worm castings on the top of the soil
